Get the Edge

Just earlier, I have posted about an online school where you can learn how to go about starting a business and making it into a success but to be honest, there are some people who are not made to become business men and women but as workers. They love to work and serve others.

In light to this, I have come across ATS equipment school. Associated Training Services or ATS is one of America’s largest equipment training school that specializes in educating their students on how to handle heavy equipments such as dump trucks, loaders, backhoes, tractors and the like. After the training, they give out certifications to their students so that they can use it as additional credentials for applying jobs or for salary upgrading. They are widely located at different states in the US.

Anyway, in the advent of the economic crisis, many companies suffer financial difficulties thus making them lessen the number of their workforce. They only retain those with specialized skills and those they consider that could be the most beneficial to their company. So, I guess having additional credentials such as a certification at ATS can really help get people a great edge from others. I guess there would be no problem for school fees since financing is readily available to those who qualify.

Learning from Others

If you really want to gain knowledge of something, you have to learn from the right people or gain experience. It has been commonly known that there are two kind of great teachers in this world, a real human with experiences and experience itself. But I once heard from someone that, wise is a man who learns from experience but wiser is the man who learns from other people’s experiences.

If this holds true, I guess this applies with managing a business too. I think nobody needs to go to business, invest tremendous capital just to test the water and then later on go bankrupt! So I guess learning from those who have been there is a wiser move than to try to gain experience for yourself.

That is what I thought when I heard about Nouveau University. This online business school was founded by great businessman named Jim Piccolo. He has gained remarkable experiences especially in real estate business. He together with his wife Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder decided to help other people by teaching them how to put business ideas into action and how to maintain it for greater success; thus Nouveau University was born.

Nouveau University
offers online courses related to real estate investing, small business management, accounting, finance, and marketing both in associate and bachelor programs. And now, with great pride and joy, they have hired a very outstanding woman, Dr. Laura Palmer Noone, former President of University of Phoenix. Dr. Laura have been known for so many accomplishments and positions held in the academic world.

So, if you take a business program at Nouveau University, you are really assured that you are making a wise decision. Aside from learning from those people with great experiences, your academic excellence is also monitored by the best!

New Stylish Frames at Zenni!!

Many months ago, I have posted regarding Zenni Optical’s Stylish Prescription Glasses. As far as prescription eyeglasses are concern, nobody offers the most affordable rate than them. Not only that their prices are as low as $8.00 per pair, they also have the widest selection of fashionable designs.

The last time I encountered reports about them was when they were featured at Fox News TV. Now, I have seen them again at The Clark Howard Show. Mr. Clark recommended Zenni Optical as a legal and valid business entity online!

So, I checked on their website again to see what’s new. And guess what?! They again have new stylish frames to choose from. They have added new selection of frames for single vision lens, progressive lens, tinted lens, bifocal lens, and sunsensor (potochromic) lens.

Anyway, here is a picture of a cute frame that I think would fit my favorites…pink stylish frames!!

Well, I guess we can’t blame Zenni if they have delay issues on shipping, being the only online prescription eyeglasses provider that I know that sells very affordable lenses, I am sure they are really getting a lot of orders these days. Sometimes each customer buys up to four sets! Isn’t that amazing??

Meet the Gadget Advisor

Sometimes it’s really hard to decide on what brand you should buy especially if they are gadgets. We don’t know what specifications they have or even why they are worthy of buying.

But hey! I was really thankful that I have found Gadget Advisor. It’s a fascinating blog the features only the best products found in the market. It reviews each product in a detail manner elaborating on features and why it stands out from other brands.

I have found the blogger’s reviews on online backup services and network media player very beneficial as I do lack knowledge on these products. By the way, if you have time, check out the review on the universal remote control. I think it’s a great gift for a couch potato friend. ^_^

So, do you like reading about the latest gadgets too? You can visit this great blog at www.gadgetadvisor.com.
