Avoiding Chocolates?
I was busy looking for some acne medication in a local health and beauty store when I found a rack of chocolate goodies. I had the urge to buy another pack but I wanted to avoid it. For the past few weeks, I have been eating chocolates like a child. Every time I am in front of my PC and feel a little hungry, I grab chocolates at my drawer.
And itג€™s no wonder I have acne and weighs a little bit higher compared before. Anyway, I was successful. I was not able to buy that pack of chocolate goodies and it was not because I controlled myself but because I still have a box full of them at my drawer! Maybe next time. LOL!!
Delaying the Signs of Aging
Growing old seems to be one of the best thing a man can achieve in his lifetime but for others they fear it especially if they encounter the signs of aging earlier. So, how do we combat the early appearances of aging? Is there a product that can help us? If there is, what are the best anti aging products?
As for me, a person can delay the signs of aging by doing the following:
1. Eat a balance diet.
2. Exercise regularly.
3. Avoid smoking and drinking.
4. Smile often!!
These are the safe and old-school way of delaying the signs of aging. If itג€™s too late for you, there are other methods that can be applied but somehow they expensive or not safe for all such as plastic surgery, HGH supplements and external anti-aging products.
Not Too Late for Haiti
In the height of the Haiti tragedy, it pains me to see women, men and children suffer not only from the onslaught of the earthquake but also from the harm done by their fellow people. It was sad to see living people die in front of others because they are fighting for food.
Anyway, I don’t know who should get the blame but I just hope those people who were entrusted to put order in Haiti should have done their job. They all know that too much suffering can lead people to do heinous acts. If they lacked the skill, they should have gotten masters in public safety administration.
Oh well, I know it’s not yet too late. Many people can still be saved as of the moment. And according to the latest photo compilation I saw at CNN, hope have already embraced the people and order is slowly getting its hand on them.
Cyber Zone
When I go to SM, there is a place where I always love to pass by. It is called the Cyber Zone. It’s one of the bridges that connects the north and south side of SM City Bacolod. Along the side of that zone are stores that sells cell phones, computers, laptops, and many other electronic gadgets.
As you can see, I am a great fan of all new technologies! So every time I pass by Cyber Zone. I always make it to a point that I window shop for new things!
A Home of Our Own
Having a beautiful home is always my dream as a wife and mother. But as of now, I havenג€™t achieved this dream since we havenג€™t bought our own yet. We are still planning to buy our dream house soon.
Anyway, it would be really nice to have a home with glass tiles on the wall. Aside from that, it would also be great to have a patio to enjoy fresh air in front of a beautiful garden. I never dream of having a swimming pool but a well trimmed lawn with beautiful and colorful flowers are the ones I wanted to have.
Oh well, I just hope that someday we will have a home of our own. Maybe not this year but hopefully in the next five years.
