What’s with young women these days? Sorry but I just had to ask. They make me wonder what’s gotten into them. Maybe I can’t understand them because I don’t have a 21 year old daughter yet. But as far as I know there are some clothes that just can’t be used to make a fashion statement for the simple reason that those clothes are seasonal!

You may be wondering what I’m referring to. Well, I was out the other day and I saw a couple of young ladies entering a shopping mall and they were wearing prom dresses! Now before you start thinking that maybe they have just come from their prom, let me say that prom season here is held every February. We’re more than halfway through March! Besides, they were wearing the dresses at high noon!

Is that the trend these days? If it is, then I am so glad that my eldest daughter is but a tween who doesn’t have the guts to decide on her own yet, especially when it comes to the clothes she’ll wear.
