My hubby and I have been thinking of getting our own dream house in the near future. We might get one here at our hometown or in Bacolod where he is now currently working. As we plan for this, we have been thinking where to avail a housing loan that has a lower mortgage rate so that we wouldn’t have a hard time paying it off monthly.

There are housing loans that can be availed with a lesser monthly payments but the mortgage rate is higher because you will be paying more years than the usual. There are some housing loans that has a higher monthly installments but would be paid in fewer years which of course will help most of us save a great amount of money in the long term. But sometimes, a lesser monthly due would be better because there are many obligations that need to be paid too.
