Information Shopping

I am trying to multi-task. While working, I am trying to do some information shopping. I am trying to look for ways to effectively lose the unwanted pounds I have gained over the years. I know that having and following a good workout regimen is still the best way to lose weight but at this time, I can’t afford to squeeze in regular gym visits to my tight schedule.

Of course, lack of time is no excuse when it comes to losing weight. Hence, I am doing my best to make do with the time I have on my hands and use it to lose weight. Slowly but surely is how I plan to do it. I already have a couple of exercise routines in mind and I plan to couple that with supplements for weight loss.

That’s why I am busy doing some information shopping. I want to find out what I could take or do to complement what I am presently doing to lose those unwanted pounds and hopefully, by the time I’m able to include working out to my daily routine, I would merely need to do so to firm my muscles up.

Need Some Working

I used to have a really nice complexion. But experience tells me that the adage, “women need their beauty sleep,” is true because all my late nighters or all nighters are taking its toll on my skin.

I really need some working up on my skin otherwise I would soon be needing acne treatments. I wonder how much a good facial nowadays cost? I think getting one every month or twice a month would do the trick to rejuvenate my skin.

And well, I guess I will just have to get at least 6 hours of nighttime sleep, even just four days a week. I believe that is not only for my skin but also for the proper functioning of my body. Oh well. Is it really possible at the rate I am going with my work? I really enjoy my work and it pays me well. So I will just have to choose either to earn more money to keep my skin clear. Hmmm…I will have to work a compromise. And it has to be soon before the outbreaks get worse!

Heath Risks with Ageing

When I was younger, I never even thought about health risks. I mean yeah, I got sick, but the most I got was a flu. And well, I also get the occasional colds. I believe that here in the Philippines, these two are the most common ailments.

But when I got older, I had to contend with chest pains and even high blood pressure. Five years ago, I would not have given these conditions a second thought. But well it happens. I just hope I will not get to the point that I will reach obesity and have to be treated with phentermine. I am right now starting to become overweight, but at least it is still manageable. As skinny as I was before, I never thought that I will have a problem with weight issues! Now I realize how hard it is to lose weight and why many women spend so much and diet and weight loss products. Now I am in the same boat with them.

Acai Scam?

Many people who are obese, overweight or corpulent tend to lose their weight as suggested by their friends most of the time. But we all know that reducing weight is not an easy task at all. It’s like your experiencing one of the toughest times of your life when you start losing your weight. But all who did it with optimism and self-discipline made their way to success.

My friend started using diet pills upon initiating her diet habit since day one. She used to exercise regularly with all the known fat burning techniques in exercising. Aside from that, she didn’t forget to set her balanced diet every meal which includes drinking lots of water every day. From these, losing weight is possible for her.

She also mentioned that with the help of an additional key to maintain her desired figure, she also shared with me about the diet pills she uses to complete the package of her diet proper. Many diet pills are being sold all over the world. With these, she particularly mentioned about the one with acai berry which she described as a healthy supplement used as an anti-oxidant. She also added that many who asserts about the acai scam is not true because she can prove acai’s excellence. News of acai scam came out she said because many people claimed that it didn’t worked for them in achieving their desired weight. As for her, it worked and she doesn’t considered it a scam!

Losing Weight is Hard Thing to Do

It is easy to eat and gain weight but it is hard to lose the weight and especially the flabs. My friend has the problem about appetite. She says she needs appetite control pills in order to successfully go on a diet. Her problem is her craving. She craves a lot of food, especially during her PMS. And she says that she could not stop eating while having her hormonal change periods and no matter how much she eats, she has a bottomless stomach. But when she doesn’t have PMS, she is just fine. Imagine that.

In my case, I think I would also need that because recently I had been feeling so low that I had been bingeing on anything sweet–cakes, ice cream, chocolates–agghhh…I am always on a sugar high. But it seems that sweets give me comfort because of the heartaches I am feeling. I am okay if I am not having problems but if our domestic turmoil gets overboard I don’t have consolation but to eat. Now this is not a healthy pasttime. I cannot fix my marriage but I can eat, so it is definitely a lose-lose situation. How do I win my battles???
