I was waiting for my turn to pay when a commotion transpired at the cashier’s counter. I asked the other customers what was happening. Then one of the customers replied that the cashier is having problems installing thermal paper to her Epson TM-T88V. So I commented how come, shouldn’t they be trained before being deployed. Then the other customer replied… she is on-training. After hearing that, I just laughed because I already knew that getting angry would lead me nowhere!
