Losing Weight is Hard Thing to Do
It is easy to eat and gain weight but it is hard to lose the weight and especially the flabs. My friend has the problem about appetite. She says she needs appetite control pills in order to successfully go on a diet. Her problem is her craving. She craves a lot of food, especially during her PMS. And she says that she could not stop eating while having her hormonal change periods and no matter how much she eats, she has a bottomless stomach. But when she doesn’t have PMS, she is just fine. Imagine that.
In my case, I think I would also need that because recently I had been feeling so low that I had been bingeing on anything sweet–cakes, ice cream, chocolates–agghhh…I am always on a sugar high. But it seems that sweets give me comfort because of the heartaches I am feeling. I am okay if I am not having problems but if our domestic turmoil gets overboard I don’t have consolation but to eat. Now this is not a healthy pasttime. I cannot fix my marriage but I can eat, so it is definitely a lose-lose situation. How do I win my battles???
