Needing an Acne Face Wash

I need a safe and effective acne face wash. Any idea which one is the best and can be used by breastfeeding moms like me? I need to badly get rid of some red zits on my face. They are always ruining my day aside from making me feel ugly. There are times that I want to prick them out but I just remembered that it caused me few scars of a lifetime after I pricked few back during high school days.

Ideas anyone? Need help!
