Missing a Sunshine
One of our land lady’s borders, our neighbor, asks my mom if we had custom cardboard boxes that they can have. She said that they will be leaving and permanently live back at their hometown because his husband is now assigned in a different place.
Anyway, I will not miss her actually but I will surely miss his toddler son, Loise. He was cute and very sweet. Though we weren’t that really close, the toddler was a true sunshine every time I get to see him. Oh well, I am not sure I am going to see him again. I just hope he continues to be a sunshine wherever he is!

Housing Loan
My husband and I are planning to get our own house someday via Pag-Ibig Housing Loan. We are just waiting for two years so that we can also avail of the housing loan their company will lend to employees who has 5 years tenure.
Anyway, I just wish a mortgage calculator is online at the Pag-Ibig official website so that we can make a rough draft on our housing plans. It’s hard to go to their office if you want to ask something about doing a mortgage loan.
Oh well, I just hope that someday our house plans will come to pass. A wife wants a home for her kingdom. We all know that!

Anti Wrinkle Solution
I was also looking for an effective anti wrinkle cream. In my search, I was led to some strivectin sd reviews online. Some said they are good while others beg to differ. They say strivectin sd is not recommended since some of its ingredients are potential irritants that may lead to red, irritated and sensitive skin. They also said that continuous use may lead sensitivity to the sun which breaks down collagen and elastin cells.
Anyway, most of the recommended anti wrinkle treatment that I found was Prototype #37-C. They said this solution is very effective in terms of anti-wrinkle power, speed of results, product safety, long term results and overall value.
Well, as I always say, I am not sure if I am going to apply it immediately since I need to see an expert first before using anything. It is better to be safe and sure than be sorry!

Methylsulfonylmethane
Few months ago, I started to feel joint pains on my right knee. At first, I don’t want to believe that I am suffering from arthritis since I am still 30 years old. But when I started researching about arthritis, I was shocked to find out that it is possible for a woman like me to suffer if my lifestyle is unhealthy (mine is indeed unhealthy).
Anyway, I read some articles that talk about msm dietary supplement. They say it can help combat joint pains. MSM or methylsulfonylmethane have been tested and studied to help relieve pain in the knee. But first, I need to consult my doctor before taking anything just to be safe.
How about you? Have you tested the effects of MSM?
