Basement Bliss

I have been thinking a lot about how to beautify our home some more this year. Since we moved here from another city, we have made improvements on the house already, but so much more have to be done.

If I were to choose, I would rather that our family would have a house of our own. Of course houses are not cheap these days so I need to do some major saving up. It would also be great if our house would have a basement. Basement tiles are an added cost, but they sure are worth it. Having a quiet time with myself or hubby at a beautifully furnished basement would be great!

Work or Business

My husband will no longer have work next year. So I am planning to work again or start a new business venture. If I will be able to work, I will only choose a work that pays higher than my online gigs. If I won’t be able to find one, then maybe I will start my own home business like computer encoding, velobind projects, invitation layout and printing and many more. This was my dream business long before.

Anyway, I am planning to email my resume next year. Let see if I will be working or doing a business. Hope God will guide me through this!

Going Home

My whole family and I will be transferring back to Cagayan de Oro City next year. My husband will have no work anymore and he plans to go abroad. Though I don’t want to leave my life here in Bacolod City, I have no choice but to agree on my husband’s decision. He said if he couldn’t get a job immediately, at least in Cagayan de Oro, we could always get emergency assistance from our families. Aside from that, we don’t need to pay for rent because we have our own house there.

For practicality reasons, I agree to go back to my hometown but for the issues of the heart, I am not willing to go back there. Frown
