When I was younger, even with two kids, I had a svelte figure. I could even afford to wear midriff blouses and still get whistles and stares from bystanders. Looking back, especially looking at my pictures when I was still working, my goodness! I was a stunner. I do not want to toot my own horn, but really, I miss my figure then. Right now, I am fatty with what other call a pot belly. Ugh.

But what can I do about my ballooning tummy? Any ideas on how to lose belly fat fast? I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle and so it is really getting uglier everyday. As if I can really compare. But my 30 days of writing about myself and my life has gotten me to see a clear picture of myself. And it is not very nice. I need to lose this! A pot belly is the last thing that I need.
